My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were so amazing, with windows around two walls allowing great natural lighting to enter, giving a wonderful open feeling. As a Platinum member, having a private onsen included as well as a welcome gift, breakfast, and daily happy hour drinks made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it perfect for a family with 3 growing boys. The service was incredibly nice and helpful, always attentive to our needs. The location offered a great shuttle bus to the ski slopes, but it was a bit far from the ski resort and main business area, requiring some walking and bus rides for dining and shopping. The dining experience was very good with a fantastic selection, although a bit disappointing compared to other Marriott's food offers. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice decoration, big windows, and a clean feeling, making it a highly recommended choice after a long day. The service is always attentive and pleasant, with incredibly helpful staff. The location is convenient for dining and exploring, though not ideal for accessing specific ski slopes. The dining experience provides good choices overall, especially for families. The facilities are satisfactory, offering a range of services for guests.
